Pay Per Post

Is it worth it to do PayPerPosts?! Many bloggers are doing these money making method. I wonder if it will do good both to the owner of the blog and the blog itself. When it comes to page rank, I think PPP's are not welcomed by PR's system. I have to do a lot of reading first. Just updating this money making site... or not.
